Terms & Conditions 

Personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable due to their custom nature, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a seller-made error.  If you receive a damaged item,   please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it.

Ensure all spelling, design, and size information is correct before submitting the order, as changes cannot be made after production begins.

Minor variations in color can occur and are not considered defects.
