Personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable due to their custom nature, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a seller-made error. In such cases, notify us within 7 business days of receiving the order and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Ensure all spelling, design, and size information is correct before submitting the order, as changes cannot be made after production begins. Minor variations in color can occur and are not considered defects.
